A: Yes, absolutely. Every Designsoil stool is crafted from high-quality solid wood (such as Beech, Ash, or Walnut). We do not use MDF or veneers in our structural designs to ensure durability and natural beauty.

Q: Will the wood grain look exactly like the pictures?

A: Because we use natural timber, every piece is unique. While the design and dimensions are identical, variations in grain patterns and small knots are natural characteristics that make your stool one-of-a-kind.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Our handling time is 1-2 business days, and transit time via USPS/UPS/FedEx typically takes 2-6 business days. Total estimated delivery is 3-8 business days.

Q: What is the order cut-off time?

A: Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: How long do refunds take to process?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
