1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing on Designsoil so that we may locate it.

2. Counter-Notifications

We will restore the content in question if we receive a valid counter-notice that complies with the DMCA requirements. Please note that you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a counter-notification.

3. Repeat Infringers

Our policy is to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content hosted on our Service at our sole discretion.
